SSA Industry Confidence Survey: Regional Outlook

More than 8 out of 10 owners and managers expect the industry to remain stable or improve in the upcoming year in four out of five regions. The single exception is the West Coast, where about three-fourths are bullish on the industry.

SSA Industry Confidence Survey: Continued Optimism - with Some Caveats

On June 30th, 2024 the SSA released early results from the SSA Industry Confidence Survey, conducted in May with self storage owners and managers. The summary concluded that operators had an optimistic outlook for the industry today and for the remainder of the year.

You’ve seen them on the evening news or in your local newspaper — usually with images of a car that’s gone through the front windows of a convenience store, restaurant or other business. These crashes happen plenty to self storage facilities, too. Bollards can protect people as well as property.
