By using, visiting, or browsing the Self Storage Association (SSA) Web site, www.selfstorage.org, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use and agree, without limitation, to the terms of SSA's Online Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use and Online Privacy Policy, please do not use the services or visit the Web Site. Acceptance of these Terms of Use constitutes a legal agreement between you and SSA. If you use, visit, or purchase a product or service from a business linked or advertised on the SSA Web site, you agree that these Terms of Use and the SSA Web sites? Online Privacy Policy will apply unless the Terms of Use of the linked business or advertiser are inconsistent with the SSA Terms of Use, in which case the linked business? or advertiser?s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy will control.

Intellectual Property
The elements of the Web site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, depictions, designs, photographs, images, digital downloads, data compilations, sound, video, and software are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws and are the property of SSA. Choice of Law
You agree that any issue or dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Web site, intellectual property, the Terms of Use, the Online Privacy Policy, or any matter concerning SSA shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia. You agree that any such issue or dispute shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in or for Fairfax County, Virginia. If any provision of the Terms of Use or Online Privacy Policy is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use or Online Privacy Policy, which shall remain in full force and effect.
By using the Web site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export and re-export control laws and regulations of the United States. The material provided on the Web site is protected by law including, but not limited to, United States copyright and trademark law and international treaties. SSA makes no representation that materials contained in the Web site are appropriate or available for use in other locations and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Order Status
Once you get to the order form, you will be asked to provide your Email address. Shortly after you complete the purchase, we will send you an Email that will contain your order confirmation number. As soon as your order is mailed, usually within two business days, you will receive Email confirmation that it was processed and sent.

Shipping Options
We offer multiple methods of shipping, depending on your preference, based on individual item weight and the size of the item(s) being shipped.
Product/Reports Return Policy
Products or services sold as electronic files or downloads are not returnable after processing. Some SSA items may be returned, in new condition, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase or shipment date. Refunds will not be granted beyond 30 days from the original shipment date.
On-Line Demand Estimator Reports generated via the SSA Web site, are not returnable, due to the nature and format of the reports. Other unopened, undamaged, and new items sold on this Web site may be returned for a full refund within 30 (thirty) days of original purchase or shipment date, whichever is later. No refunds will be issued beyond 30 (thirty) days from the original purchase or shipment date, whichever is later. Please include in the return the purchase date, order method (phone, fax or Internet/electronic transmission), the recipient's contact information and a detailed reason(s) for the return. Return shipping charges and any insurance are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer. Original shipping & handling charges as well as any insurance or rush charges are non-refundable.
If an item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, it is your responsibility to contact the shipper for any damage or non-delivery reimbursement. If SSA shipped a defective item or an item you did not order, SSA's responsibility for reimbursement of shipping charges for the defective or unordered item(s) will be limited to SSA's cost of UPS, DHL, Fed Ex or United States Postal Service ground shipping, whichever is less.
For credit card payments, a credit for the amount of the merchandise will be issued to your account if the merchandise is received by the 30 day refund deadline. Please allow two billing cycles from the date SSA receives the returned merchandise for credit to appear on your account statement. All other refunds will be made by check in the name of the paying party. SSA assumes no liability for returns not received by SSA or received by SSA in damaged condition.

The SSA respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects you to do the same. Per the DMCA, the SSA will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the site if submitted to the SSA's Copyright Agent as described below. The SSA may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. In the event the SSA removes the allegedly infringing materials, the SSA will immediately notify the person responsible for posting such materials that the SSA removed or disabled access to the materials. The SSA may also provide the responsible person with your e-mail address so that the person may respond to your allegations.
The SSA reserves the right to terminate, limit or suspend any user's access to the site in the event of repeated infringing activity. If you believe that a user of this site is a repeat infringer, please follow the above instructions to contact the SSA's Copyright Agent. Please include sufficient information to assist the SSA in determining that the user repeatedly engaged in infringing activity.
