SSA Industry Confidence Survey: Continued Optimism - with Some Caveats

On June 30th, 2024 the SSA released early results from the SSA Industry Confidence Survey, conducted in May with self storage owners and managers. The summary concluded that operators had an optimistic outlook for the industry today and for the remainder of the year.
